Budapest Marriott Hotel

Situated on the banks of the Danube, the Budapest Marriott Hotel is the only hotel in the Hungarian capital where all rooms have a magnificent panorama. Construction of the building was completed in 1969.
Marriott International reopened the old Duna Inter-Continental Hotel as one of its 5 star luxury hotels in 1994, having completely renovated the interior of the building to Marriott’s standards.

The hotel now has 362 rooms including 64 executive rooms and 16 suites, and one special presidential suite with a large terrace and a breathtaking panorama. All hotel rooms have an attractive river view and most of them have balconies. Facilities for persons with disabilities, non-smoking rooms, executive floors are available. Sophisticated security and fire protection systems, air-conditioning, color satellite remote control TV and video systems, two telephones with voice mail and PC data port, in-room safe, refreshment center and hairdryer are part of the services offered.

If you are a guest of the hotel, ask about the Executive Lounge on the 10th floor, where you can have your coffee, tea or wine and have the Hungarian capital with its lights at your feet. Everything in the hotel faces the view: a ballroom that can accommodate 500 people on the first floor and even the popular fitness center! The Duna Grill restaurant is situated on the mezzanine floor with international and Hungarian offers and of course, a beautiful terrace. The Lobby Lounge, located next to the reception, is a popular place for meetings or simply relaxing and enjoying cakes and sweets from the sumptuous "All you Can Eat" cake buffet.
